Temperature and humidity are the two most important indicators for industrial equipment, and cooling solutions are needed for electrical equipment cabinets, switchgear, and charging stations. At present, the mainstream cooling methods mainly rely on air cooling and in cabinet air conditioning, as well as other cooling methods such as liquid cooling and the use of heat exchangers.


Air cooling is a traditional electric fan that extracts heat energy through the fan to maintain dryness and relatively low temperature inside the cabinet. Its advantage is that it is inexpensive, but the effect may not be satisfactory in summer, and it requires sufficient exhaust vents on the cabinet body. Equipment cabinets placed in outdoor environments are also prone to drawing in small debris such as dust.


Cabinet air conditioning is a cooling method that requires a sealed environment inside the cabinet. It has an extremely stable cooling effect, and its principle is similar to that of a regular air conditioner. Due to its temperature setting not being too low, its power consumption will not be too high. Of course, this cooling method is the most efficient and expensive.

Our regulator is a switch device with built-in sensing elements that can detect the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment in real time. Users can adjust the indicators in advance. When the set temperature or humidity is reached, the regulator will activate the relevant dehumidification/heating equipment to regulate the environment inside the cabinet.
